Meditating at least once a day, preferably in the morning for 15 minutes. That is the best way to get you into the best mood. A good mood for the day. It helps you to move throughout life with more ease, with a clear mind. Listen to music or some affirmations you resonate with. Sit in a quiet place and sit in a comfortable position. Keep your mind focused. Breathe. Keep your mind in a place of tranquility.
